Product Characteristics
The oil agent is uniform and stable, with high oil film strength and excellent permeability.
It has good high-temperature resistance, and no coking occurs during application, so there is no need for special cleaning of godets and draw rolls, avoiding yarn breakage and broken filaments caused by coking.
It has excellent thermal stability; under the current domestic operating process conditions, the amount of volatile fumes is small. It will not increase production costs due to the volatilization of the oil agent, does not pollute the environment, and does not pose harm to the health of operators.
It has few deposits on hot rolls and good dyeing performance. Even for thick yarns, it has a good M-value. When spinning fine yarns, a high dyeing M-value can be achieved with a small draw ratio.
It has excellent antistatic properties, and the antistatic agent is well compatible with most common sizing agents. It also has good adaptability to high-speed warp knitting, and no static electricity is generated even in low-temperature and dry seasons.
The oil emulsion has good wettability to the yarn bundle, enabling the high-speed running yarn bundle to quickly absorb the oil agent, which spreads rapidly on the fiber surface to achieve uniform oiling. It has good spinnability with few intermediate breakages and switching breakages.
The oil agent can endow the fiber with good friction performance, increase the friction coefficient between fibers, ensure good fiber bundling, reduce the yarn defect rate, and facilitate the processing of profiled fibers.
