Product Features
The oil agent is uniform and stable, with high oil film strength and excellent permeability.
It has good high-temperature resistance, with no coking during application, so there is no need for special cleaning of godets, drawing rollers and other equipment, avoiding yarn breakage and hairiness caused by coking.
It has excellent thermal stability, low volatile fumes under domestic operating conditions, no increase in production costs due to volatilization, no environmental pollution, and no harm to the health of operators.
It has low deposits on hot rollers, good dyeing performance, good M-value even for thick yarns, and high dyeing M-value can be achieved with a small draw ratio when spinning fine yarns.
It has excellent antistatic performance, good compatibility with most sizing agents, good adaptability to high-speed warp knitting, and no static electricity even in dry and low-temperature environments.
The emulsion has good wettability to the yarn bundle, enabling rapid adsorption of the oil agent by the yarn, ensuring uniform oil application, good spinnability, and few intermediate and switching breakages.
It endows fibers with good friction performance, increases the friction coefficient between fibers, enhances the bundling property of fibers, reduces the rate of yarn defects and downgrading, and is conducive to the processing of profiled fibers.
