Hangzhou Suretop Oil Co., Ltd. was established in 2012. Located by the beautiful Qiantang River, in Changxiang Industrial Park, Guali Town, Xiaoshan District, Hangzhou, it is one of the earliest domestic manufacturers engaged in the research, development, production and sales of surfactants and chemical fiber oils.
Over the years, our company has been committed to the development and application of chemical fiber oils in the chemical fiber field, and has established a R&D team that cooperates with many domestic universities and integrates relevant technologies of chemical fiber oils from Japan and Germany. At the same time, the factory is equipped with advanced production processes and equipment, and is the first domestic oil manufacturer to introduce the new dynamic yarn tension testing instrument developed by Lawson-Hemphill Company (located in Swansea, Massachusetts, USA), which can accurately analyze various properties of the oil on the yarn.
Now, the company has the capacity to produce 100,000 tons of chemical fiber oil annually, and its products have formed multiple series, including polyester FDY oil, POY oil; nylon FDY oil, POY oil, DTY oil; spandex oil, polyester industrial yarn oil, nylon industrial yarn oil, nylon cord oil, etc. At the same time, the products have passed relevant certification systems such as the EU ZDHC certification and REACH certification.
Our company has always adhered to the principle of "customer first, quality first", continuously pioneering and innovating. We have long-term cooperation with university research institutes and well-known enterprises in the industry to carry out the development of new products, trial production, testing and application research of special products. To enhance the stability of our products, we plan to put into operation a monomer purification and synthetic esterification device. At the same time, we draw on the production processes and structures of world-leading spinning oils (such as Matsumoto, Takemoto, Daco, Double S, etc.), ensuring that our products are on par with imported oils and have been highly praised by user enterprises.
