Product Features
The oil agent is uniform and stable, with high oil film strength and excellent permeability.
It has good high-temperature resistance, no coking during application, eliminating the need for special cleaning of godets, drawing rollers and other equipment, and avoiding yarn breakage and filament defects caused by coking.
It has good thermal stability, with low volatile fumes under domestic operating conditions, which does not increase production costs, and is environmentally friendly and harmless to operators' health.
It has few deposits on hot rollers, excellent dyeing performance, and a good M-rate even for coarse yarns; for fine yarns, a high dyeing M-rate can be achieved with a small draw ratio.
It has excellent antistatic properties, and the antistatic agent is compatible with most common sizes. It has good adaptability to high-speed warp knitting, and no static electricity is generated even in low-temperature and dry environments.
The oil agent emulsion has good wettability to the yarn bundle, enabling the yarn to quickly absorb the oil agent and achieve uniform oiling during high-speed operation, with good spinnability and few intermediate yarn breakages and switching breakages.
It endows the fiber with good friction performance, improves the fiber-to-fiber friction coefficient, enhances fiber bundling, reduces the rate of yarn defects, and is conducive to the processing of profiled fibers.
