Product Features
The spin finish is uniform and stable, with high oil film strength and excellent permeability.
Excellent high-temperature resistance, no coking during application, eliminating the need for special cleaning of godets and drawing rollers, thus avoiding yarn breakage and broken filaments caused by coking.
Good thermal stability with low volatile fumes under standard domestic operating conditions, which does not increase production costs, pollute the environment, or harm the health of operators.
Low deposits on hot rollers, excellent dyeing performance with good % M rate even for coarse yarns. For fine yarn spinning, a high dyeing % M rate can be achieved at a relatively low draw ratio.
Outstanding antistatic performance; the antistatic agents are compatible with most common sizes. It performs well in high-speed warp knitting, and no static electricity occurs even in dry and low-temperature seasons.
The finish emulsion provides excellent wettability to the yarn bundle, enabling rapid adsorption and uniform spreading on the fiber surface during high-speed running, ensuring uniform oil application. Good spinnability with fewer intermediate and doffing breaks.
The finish imparts favorable frictional properties to fibers, increases the coefficient of fiber-to-fiber friction, ensures good fiber bundling, reduces broken filaments and downgrading rate, and is beneficial for the processing of profiled fibers.
