Product Characteristics
It has excellent emulsifying effect, stable emulsion, low foam, and good permeability, which is conducive to the uniform adhesion of the finish on the fibers.
It has good heat resistance, no smoke, and is not easy to coke. It has a low friction coefficient and good smoothness.
It has good fiber cohesion, is non-toxic, odorless, and non-corrosive.
It has excellent antistatic properties, smoothness and bundling performance. It can maintain a low dynamic friction between fibers and metals, increase the static friction between fibers, effectively avoid yarn breakage and broken filaments in the spinning and weaving processes, reduce wear on knitting needles, and extend the service life of knitting needles.
It is well compatible with sizing agents. The size film formed on the fibers has high strength, and there is no yarn desizing phenomenon.
