Polyester FDY Spin Finish (Regular Type) SLT-1619

It is compounded with synthetic esters, anionic/non-ionic surfactants, antistatic agents and special additives. The spin finish is uniform and stable, with high oil film strength and excellent permeability. It has good high-temperature resistance, reducing broken filaments and yarn breakage caused by coking. It has outstanding antistatic performance and is suitable for low-temperature and dry post-processing environments. It also has good emulsifying and wetting properties, ensuring uniform oil application. This spin finish can endow fibers with favorable frictional properties, which is beneficial to the processing of profiled fibers.

Product Features

1. The finish is uniform and stable, with high oil film strength and excellent permeability.

2. It has good high-temperature resistance and does not cause coking during application, eliminating the need for dedicated cleaning of godet rolls, draw rolls, etc., and preventing yarn breakage and fuzz caused by coking.

3. It features excellent thermal stability, producing low fume emission under current domestic processing conditions. It does not increase production costs due to volatilization, pollute the environment, or pose health risks to operators.

4. It leaves minimal deposits on heated rolls and offers excellent dyeability, achieving a good dye uptake rate even for coarse denier yarns. For fine denier yarn spinning, a high dye uptake rate can be obtained at a lower draw ratio.

5. It provides outstanding antistatic properties, with its antistatic agents being highly compatible with most common sizing agents. It also performs well in high-speed warp knitting, and does not generate static electricity even in low-temperature and dry seasons.

6. The finish emulsion exhibits excellent wettability to yarn bundles, enabling high-speed running yarns to quickly adsorb the finish and spread evenly on the fiber surface for uniform oil pick-up. It ensures good spinnability, with very few breaks during intermediate and switching operations.

7. The finish imparts favorable frictional properties to the fiber, increasing the fiber-to-fiber friction coefficient to provide good bundling performance, low fuzz and drop rates, and facilitating the processing of profiled yarns.
